proPilot to najnowszy kompaktowy system okuć Winkhaus, przeznaczony do okien prostokątnych, uchylno-rozwieranych i rozwieranych z PCW. Umożliwia także produkcję okien dwuskrzydłowych z ruchomym słupkiem.

proPilot gwarantuje niezawodne funkcjonowanie okna. Nowe okucie zostało zbadane na zgodność z normą europejską DIN EN 13126-8 (badania wytrzymałościowe okuć uchylno-rozwieranych i rozwieranych) oraz DIN EN 1191 (badania wytrzymałościowe okien i drzwi). Poddano je także badaniom według systemu jakości QM 328 instytutu ift Rosenheim. Badania potwierdziły parametry wytrzymałościowe, wysoką jakość i trwałość okucia.

    Winkhaus activPilot system combines a number of innovative, practical solutions, which will become standard in the future. The new system is based on proven autopilot fitting. Although it retains the greatest strengths of the previous generation of fittings, such as security of the hinge shear pin, support of closing the window sashes from tilted position, form and strength combination of elements, these solutions, however, have undergone significant modifications. activPilot is a modular system with a clear structure and significantly reduced number of elements compared to previous solutions. activPilot fitting is suitable for both manual and automatic assembly. All double door bolts and corners are produced as snap-lock rebate ferrule.

    Through its flexibility, the new system provides the manufacturer with the opportunity to respond to virtually any request. Additional attractive features, the new locking system and the ability to easily change the safety standard are important arguments for the window purchasers. Modern design further highlights the quality and usability of the product.

    Bolting system

    An octagonal eccentric cone is the core of the new bolting system. It cooperates both with standard and anti-burglary hooks and allows for easy adjustment of pressurizig the sash to the frame. This solution is unique in the market.

    The number of elements needed for fitting the window has been significantly reduced. The corners have been standardized. One detail has multiple functions. Frame latches are not only responsible for bolting the sashes in the frame, but also cooperate with multi-functional elements.

    activPilot allows you to easily enhance the standard of your window. Multi-functional components are installed easily and quickly, even in the windows already in use. One detail corresponds to two or more additional functions.

    Ingeniousness and unbridled desire to explore the world make our kids exposed to danger. It often happens when their cognitive plays take place near the windows.

    Changing the order of windows opening (first tilt) is the effective way of protecting children before the accident. When a special fitting activPilot Tilt First (tilt before opening) installed, rotation of the handle causes the repeal of the wing, and only when you turn the handle to the vertical the window may be fully open. A special handle locked by a cylinder with key is an additional protection. This allows you to open the window after turning the key.

    Fashion for large glazing units and narrow profiles, increased interest in the windows of high energy efficiency and sound absorption are the latest tendencies in the building industry. Such solutions require extremely durable fittings, especially when the windows are fitted with triple glazing units.

    activPilot Select creates a new field for the designers’ activity and manufacturers of windows. The latest Winkhaus tilt and turn fitting, completely hidden in the neutral rebate, allows to construct the windows with a sash of ​​surface amounting to 3 square meters , and weighing 150 kg.

    Fittings in this weight class, completely hidden in the rebate, are very difficult to construct. activPilot Select is the only such solution in the market. Great strength of the new system is based on a patented idea of Winkhaus engineers - special structure of the lower hinge. This solution guarantees high stability, easy installation and ease of use.

    Select activPilot fittings
    The tilt-swing activPilot Select fitting system has a modular structure and is divided into two weight classes. The standard fitting is suitable for windows with a maximum sash weights of 100 kg. With the use of only two additional elements, sash hinge rail and adapter rail, the fitting adjusted to the sashes weighs 150 kg. Additional elements cause different distribution of forces impacting on the fitting and shifting the load of sashes on the lower corner of the frame. With this solution, the windows already installed can be equipped with more robust fitting, for example, if the user decides to replace the window for a heavier one, with better insulation parameters.

    Select fitting windows can be designed according to individual preferences of the recipient. The hinges mounted in a cool rebate are not visible, so all colors and textures of the woodwork are allowed.

    activPilot Select fitting took 1st place in the contest New Year 2010. The winner was chosen by Industry Forum readers from more than 200 new products in the windows and doors industry, presented in the journal.
    Comfort actiPilot fittings
    In such rooms as bathroom, kitchen or bedroom, great amounts of moisture are generated, which must be regularly disposed of. Otherwise, on the walls damp and fungus are created – they not only damage the walls, but, most of all, they are harmful to our health. This problem can be solved by activPilot Comfort Winkhaus fitting, enabling effective ventilation through a 6-millimeter gap between the window sash and frame. It provides constant supply of fresh air and healthy indoor climate.

    In colder seasons, ventilation of rooms causes significant energy losses. activPilot Comfort fitting allows to minimize these losses through the exchange of air, undergoing in accordance with the laws of physics. When the sash is moved away from the frame for approx. 6 mm, the used heated air escapes upwards and the cold air flows down, and slowly spreads evenly throughout the room. During the slot ventilation there is no cooling down the room, and the energy losses are considerably smaller than in case of a window slightly opened.

    A new way of ventilation eliminates drafts and slamming windows. During the rain we can use its advantages as well. In the tilted position, even in case of not very heavy rain, water can get inside, whereas in case of slot ventilation, the window provides greater protection against the rain. It is also a better barrier against noise than a tilted window.
    Control actiPilot fittings
    This is the first such solution in the field of window monitoring, patented by our company. It consists in replacing the contact hook with a closure sensor controlled by airwaves. The transponder (transmitter) mounted on the sash, works with the sensor (receiver), located on the window frame. Data transmission between the sash and the frame is done contactless with a special code, which guarantees high level of security. When closing and locking the sash, a sensor "detects" the transponder and sends confirmation of identification to the control panel. If an "alien" transmitter approaches near the receiver, the system will recognize it immediately and alarm will be turned on.

    Control Fitting in RFID technology is another variant developed under the new activPilot system. In this solution, the installator has greater freedom of action than ever before: new additional components can help to mount the contact latches almost anywhere in the window frame.

Czujnikiem sterującym jest taśma poliamidowa, która pod wpływem zmian wilgotności względnej w powietrzu zmienia swoją długość, co powoduje większe, bądź mniejsze otwarcie przepustnicy, a tym samym doprowadzenie większego bądź mniejszego strumienia powietrza do pomieszczenia.

    Przy ustawiewniu blokady w pozycji otwartej, przepustnica zmienia swoje położenie w zależności od wilgotności względnej w pomieszczeniu. Przepływ powietrza zawiera się w przedziale od 5 do 29 m³/h. Natomiast po ustawiewniu blokady w pozycji zamkniętej (klapka do góry), przepustnica ustawiona jest w pozycji przepływu minimalnego, nawiewnik dostarcza do 5m³/h.

    Powietrze zewnętrzne przepływając przez nawiewnik kierowane jest do góry, ponad strefę przebywania ludzi, co zapobiega nieprzyjemnemu zjawisku przeciągu i uczuciu dyskomfortu użytkowników.

    Nawiewniki samoregulujące. Ilość dostarczanego powietrza zależy od różnicy ciśnienia na zewnątrz i wewnątrz pomieszczenia.     Przy ustawiewniu przysłony w pozycji otwartej, ilość dostarczanego powietrza zależy od różnicy ciśnień wewnątrz i na zewnątrz pomieszczenia. Maksymalna wydajność nawiewnika wynosi 30 m³/h. Po przekroczeniu wartości maksymalnej skrzydełka umieszczone wewnątrz nawiewnika odchylają się ograniczając ilość dostarczanego powietrza. Natomiast po ustawiewniu przysłony w pozycji zamkniętej, nawiewnik dostarcza minimalną ilość powietrza, tj. 6 m³/h.

    Powietrze zewnętrzne przepływając przez nawiewnik kierowane jest do góry, ponad strefę przebywania ludzi, co zapobiega nieprzyjemnemu zjawisku przeciągu i uczuciu dyskomfortu użytkowników.
