Profil Aluplast Ideal 8000

Heat transfer coefficient of profiles Uf=1,0 W/m2K situates it among the solutions of fundamental importance for the investors interested in energy-saving buildings. The possibility of the use of energy-efficient glazing units up to 51 mm wide allows to create windows with very low thermal transmittance. For example, the reference window with dimensions 1230x1480 mm with the use of a glazing unit of Ug=0,5 W/m2K achieves thermal insulation coefficient Uw=0,76 W/m2K.
Ideal 8000 System is a new offer from Aluplast, in which huge emphasis was put on the reduction of thermal and acoustic parameters. This was possible thanks to the increase of the Ideal 8000 series profiles' embedding depth profiles up to 85 mm, increase of the number of chambers in the steel profiles and three seals. In this system, thanks to the expansion of the rebate shaft, energy-efficient glazing units up to 51 mm wide can be used, which allows to create windows with very low thermal transmittance. Thanks to theso-called dry chamber, created by the separation of the third seal, in which the fittings work, life and durability of fitting mechanisms is increased.
Within Ideal 8000 shapers system, a connection of two different ways to obtain above-average energy savings by reducing the thermal transmittance of the whole structure of the window is created. On the one hand, the shapers increase their depth and the number of internal chambers, and on the other hand, it is possible to abandon some of the steel reinforcements in the sashes for the "bonding inside" technology, consisting in pasting a multiple glazing units in the window sash rebate.
Like all series of Aluplast Ideal 8000 profies, the system is characterized by a multiplicity of structural variants, mutual compatibility profiles, and, above all, freedom of choosing the optimal solution.
