Thanks to multi-chambered structure, 85 mm embedding depth and the possibility to use glazing units and fillings up to 50mm wide, it has been succeded to significantly improve thermal design parameters, obtaining Uf up to 1,2 W/m²K.

Elimination of barriers

The possibility of selection among a variety of fillings with a width from 41 mm to 51 mm allows to freely shape the facade of the house and create its harmonious look.

Low door threshold (20 mm high) complies with the requirements for buildings devoid of any architectural barriers and allows for hassle-free entry and exit. Specially shaped foot threshold enables connection with additional system profiles, such as extensions. Wide aluminum drip cap drains water outside.

New system solution for exclusive entrance door with elegant and simple design, thanks to a new, special profile belonging to Ideal 7000 series, dedicated to the external doors with fillings covering the leaf's plane. Aluplast front door meet high aesthetic requirements established by the architects. The new solution for external doors has been developed in consultation with all leading manufacturers of fillings. The result: thanks to the reduction of embedding depth of the new leaf variant from 4 mm to 81 mm, all popular fillings can be used for the system profiles' 85 mm embedding depth with no need for seal replacement.

Tilt and slidingdoor

The most popular sliding door at the moment is called PSK (Parallel-Schiebe-Kipp-Tür - parallel sliding and tilting door).
Such structures are built using standard window profiles. Moving the leaves is possible thanks to a special fitting mechanism. After turning the handle from the closed position, the leaf slides into the room, perpendicular to the window surface, and then moves to aside. The door leaf also has a feature of tilting inwards..
PSK sliding doors are available in three main variants of opening:

• 2-quartered - where the leaf moves to the left or right permanent accommodation
• 3-quartered - where the central movable leaf moves to the left or right of permanent accommodation
• 4-quartered - where the middle two leaves move respectively to the left and right permanent accommodation.

Furthermore, PSK doors of leaves moving towards the inside of the building wall are also manufactured. This solution allows you to open the entire window opening. In this case, the rails guiding the fitting mechanism must be attached to the window frame and to the inner wall surface of the building. The frame must be mounted on the veneering items inside, facing the building wall. The maximum dimensions of door PSK leaves are 1600x2100 mm and 1400x2300 mm. The advantages of such solution includereasonable price and high seal tightness. On the other hand, the disadvantages include high threshold in form of a window frame and occurring problems with opening and closing of leaves due to the improper use.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing is an elegant, modern and increasingly popular solution. Such large windows let plenty of light into the interior, provide beautiful views and make the room begin to "breathe". How to make them functional as well? The new duoPort SK fitting fits perfectly for this application.

The duoPort SK tilt-sliding fitting is the latest Winkhaus product of this type, based on the activPilot system. It allows you to construct the tilt-sliding windows with sash height coming to 2.7 m, width amounting to 2 m and weighing up to 200 kg! The fitting has the highest sash withdrawal (125 mm) of the tilt-and-slide systems available on the market and can be used for multi-chamber profiles with high-level thermal insulation. This is a vital reasonin case of large glazings, where energy losses can be significant.

In case of such powerful, heavy structures, safety is a fundamental issue. Trolleys are equipped with overload protection devices. Lock of incorrect operation prevents from taking the sashes off the frame by a careless user. Stability and reliability of the system operation is also increased by modified connection of a handle with a fitting and a new air latch articulated mechanism . Basic fitting version is equipped with robust locking pins. Anti-burglar system security level is adjusted by the replacement of an appropriate number of standard for anti-burglary hooks. duoPort SK 160 Z version meets the requirements of DIN V ENV 1627-1630 of the resistance class 2. A characteristic feature of the duoPort SK fitting is a unique smoothness of functioning. Trolley rollers' diameter has been increased by 20 percent in comparison with the existing solutions. This structural change resulted in an increase of comfort of using the sliding doors: the sash moves smoothly and quietly. For the sashes weighing more than 160 kg, stable double carts shall be applied in a one-piece body, which guarantees comfortable movement even of very heavy door.

Najbardziej zaawansowana technologicznie konstrukcja to tzw. drzwi unoszono-przesuwne HST (Hebe-Schiebe-Tür). W tym rozwiązaniu uszczelnienie realizowane jest za pomocą uszczelek EPDM, co gwarantuje wysoką szczelność. Niewątpliwą zaletą tego typu drzwi tarasowych są możliwe do wykonania maksymalne wymiary skrzydeł, które osiągają wartości 3000x2500 mm. Tak duże przeszklenia nie są możliwe do wykonania we wcześniej opisanych systemach. Przekręcenie dużej klamki w dół, z pozycji zamknięcia, powoduje uniesienie skrzydła o kilka milimetrów, zwolnienie docisku uszczelek i możliwość swobodnego przesuwania skrzydeł. Najpopularniejsze schematy drzwi HST to:

• 2- kwaterowe – z jednym lub oboma skrzydłami ruchomymi,
• 4- kwaterowe – z dwoma środkowymi lub wszystkimi skrzydłami ruchomymi.

Zaletami tej konstrukcji są:
• możliwość wykonania bardzo dużych przeszkleń,
• duża szczelność,
• dobre parametry izolacyjności cieplnej,
• niski próg.

Drzwi HST to produkt przeznaczony przede wszystkim dla inwestorów wymagających, wysokiej jakości wyrobów po to, by otrzymać budynek całkowicie zgodny z ich oczekiwaniami użytkowymi. Przy tej okazji warto przypomnieć kwestie związane z prawidłowym montażem. Bez względu na system drzwi przesuwnych są to najczęściej konstrukcje o bardzo dużych wymiarach i ciężarze. Z tego względu konieczne jest ich stabilne posadowienie. Great comfort of closing is ensured by the conical shape of massive bolts and adjustable sash clamp to the frame (on hooks and frame strips). Well thought-out design of hookLock M lock mechanism causes that on the locked position no forces can impact on the carrier cylinders, and the key can be easily inserted into the lock.

Multi-point lock with a rigid chain

A look through the peephole does not always allow to figure out what the the person behind the door intends to do. A lock with the so-called rigid chain is a convenient and safe solution. It allows you to open the door to a certain width, preventing the person standing on the other side from forcing his/her way inside.

The lock called "rigid chain" is released when the door is unlocked from outside or by an elegant knob mounted on the inside.

Multi-point lock with automatic locking

autoLock locks with automatic locking feature are very convenient solutions. When we do not have time to close the door with a key, it is only required to snap and the lock is bolted automatically. The door left in such a way complies with standard EN 1627 immunity class 2..

How does this happen? After closing the door, two massive lock bolts will be automatically popped up from the lock and they securely lock the door. Unlocking is done by pressing the handle, therefore such locking is usually applied in combination with a handle-pusher or a handrail on the outside.
The massive bolts effectively prevent from balancing a leaf off the frame, also when the door is not closed with a key. Bolts are locked in an end position, so that their withdrawal using card or other objects is very difficult. Additional protection (3-point locking) is ensured by a central bolt. Just one turn of the key lets the bolt slide off completely and bolts the door in the middle. autolock AV2 lock with two massive bolts and one central bolt provides high burglary resistance. It provides additional protection against accidental slipping of the massive bolts and framedamage, ensuring high comfort of closing.

autoLock lock. autoLock AV2 lock has the same dimensions and the same hole pattern as hookLock M lock with 3 bolting points. Another advantage is the possibility to use standard hooks and frame strips. Tolerance of pressure control of the sash to the frame on the hooks amounts to +/- 2mm.

Automatically locking Multi-point lock with electric opening

Automatically bolting, 3 -point blueMatic EAV lock with electric opening is an exceptionally comfortable solution. At the moment of closing the door properly,it is automatically bolted by a latch (in the middle part) and two massive bolts (on the top and bottom of the door leaf). The shape of the massive bolts and structure of the frame parts allow to make difficult to force leaf-frame connection.

Opening the door bolted from the outside is done by 12V electric motor , which will undo the massive bolts and the latch. You can control the opening of the lock via a remote control, transponder or other opening devices not requiring keys. From the inside the door is open traditionally, with a handle.


High level of safety and comfort

3-point blueMatic EAV lock with electric opening hinders any efforts to balance the leaves off the frame using the tools. The massive bolts are locked in end position, which makes them highly resistant to tampering by means of various objects, as well as to opening by a credit card.
Manual turning the key in the cylinder causes the main bolt to move out, which is an additional security device in the middle part of the door.
blueMatic EAV lock is characterized by high resistance to burglary, certified by reputable institutes. The lock is certified by VdS (German organization of insurers - Verband der Versicherer), Class A.
Exceptional comfort of using the blueMatic locks is influenced not only by automatic bolting, but also locking of unintentional bolts ejecting, which helps avoid possible frame damage.

Compatibility

The automatic blueMatic EAV lock has the same dimensions, and therefore requires the same millings, as standard 3-point hookLock M locks. Importantly, in combination with this type of locks, hooks and frame strips from standard Winkhaus offer are used. Hooks with adjustable pressure of leaf to the frame allow you to compensate for dimensional variations within the range of +/- 2mm.
